Symptom:
While attempting to install the Remote Workstation application on a Windows PC, the error message "Smart App Control has blocked this app"
Possible Reason(s):
Smart App Control has been turned on to restrict installation on unsigned applications.
Solution(s):
1. Turn Smart App Control off under Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Security > App & browser control. Click on Smart App Control settings and set it to "Off" or "Evaluation".
2. If the above is not possible, the use of an IP KVM instead of the Remote Workstation application may be necessary.
