Support Services

A main focus of Atheya Digital, is to provide a resource for 360 Systems customers to obtain information and assistance for troubleshooting products.   There are several ways in which we can assist.

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is the primary way we can offer free product information to our customers.  The Knowledge Base contains troubleshooting tips, technical documents, how-to articles as well as product operations manuals.

Email Support

Our products pages list various, common repair parts for 360 Systems devices.   If a part you need is not listed, please do not hesitate to ask.  Some parts may not be listed due to special requirements but may be available.

Repair Services

We have the tools and equipment to diagnose and parts repair most newer 360 Systems equipment.   Email us and we will let you know if repair is possible.  (See our service policy below)

 

New and Used Equipment

Used equipment can come and go over time, so be sure to check back periodically.    

It is highly encouraged to enter the Model and Serial Number of the system. Please describe and issues with as much detail as possible.

Service Policy

Repair Process

All products being sent for repair must be authorized and an Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be issued.  Items sent without an RMA will not be worked on.  Email us with your product information for an RMA.

Repair Costs

All repairs are conducted time and material with the minimum service charge being $275.00.   Additional labor is charged in 15 minute increments at $120.00 per hour.   All equipment sent in for repair will receive a quote for parts and labor after diagnosis.  The customer has the opportunity to accept or decline the quote prior to work being performed.   If addition issues are found during the repair, subsequent quotes may be issued.

Freight costs

All costs associated with shipping to and from the facility are born by the customer.  Customers are welcome to use their own freight carrier or we can add the shipping to the quote.

Limited Repair Warranty

All repairs carry a 90 day guarantee for any parts and labor utilized for a repair.  This warranty does not cover the cost of freight to and from the facility nor does it cover any additional repairs outside of the original repair work.
