Refunds, Returns and Repair Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

      • The item must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
      • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
      • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
      • Proof of purchase is required.

    Refund Details

        • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
        • Refunds will be processed for the purchase price only, less any taxes, fees, or shipping costs.
        • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
        • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

      Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

      Non-Returnable Items

      The following items are not eligible for return:

          • Replace the item with the same or comparable product, or
          • Issue a refund at our discretion.

        Additional Terms

            • We reserve the right to deny returns or repairs that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
            • This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our official sales channels.Processing times may vary during peak periods.

              • Final sale or clearance items
              • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
              • Items damaged due to shipping damage (carrier responsibility)

            90-Day Repair Policy

            We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item experiences a manufacturing defect within 90 days of the original delivery date, we will repair it (parts and labor) at no cost to you.  This policy only applies to new products.   This policy does not apply to product advertised or sold as “used”, “reconditioned”, “refurbished” or “as-is”.

            Coverage Includes

                • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
                • Functional failures under normal use conditions

              Coverage Does Not Include

                  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper care
                  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration) that does not affect functionality
                  • Normal wear and tear
                  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
                  • Shipping costs to return the item to our facility.

                Repair Process

                    1. Contact our team with your order number, unit serial number (if applicable) and a description of the issue.
                    2. If applicable, provide photos or videos of the defect.
                    3. Once approved, we will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) with return instructions.
                    4. After inspection, we will repair and return the item to you.

                  If a repair is not possible, we reserve the right to:
