Symptom:
Updating of software required.
Possible Reason(s):
Software may be out of date and needing updated or software corruption requiring reinstallation.

Basic instructions:
4.1. WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions may result in the system being inoperable.
4.2. WARNING: DO NOT power off or unplug power from the unit while performing this update.
4.3. WARNING: Although this process should not affect content or settings, it is advised to make sure all content and settings are backed up prior to proceeding.
4.4. Download the update as proved by 360 Systems’ support and extract the update file to the root of a blank USB key. The file should be labeled as IR360-DR1000-A.enc
4.5. Power on the system and wait until the system is initialized.
4.6. WARNING: Do not start this process until the system is fully initialized and functioning normally.
4.7. Insert the USB drive with the update into one of the USB ports on the system.
4.8. From the home screen go to the MAIN MENU and then the UTILITY MENU.
4.9. On the utility menu, select FW UPDATE
4.10. When prompted, select “OK” to complete the update. (Selecting “Cancel” will cancel the update process and return to the Utility Menu.)
4.11. The system will prompt to restart. Select “Ok” and the system will automatically restart and load the new firmware.
