DigiCart II Plus and Digicart E series systems
Symptom:
When attempting to loop a clip, a “buffer underrun” error message is displayed.
Possible Reason(s):
This occurs on a Digicart when looping a file longer than 2 minutes that is located on the zip drive. The issue is that the zip drive structure is not capable of supporting the continual looping large size files (those greater than 2 minutes in length.)
Solution(s):
Copy the clip to the internal drive and playout / loop from that location.
