Applies to:
TSS Gen2 or Gen3 system.
Refer to the TSS Generation identification knowledge base article to determine which system you have.
Symptom:
A failed RAID or replacement of multiple drives.
Possible Reason(s):
The RAID has failed or multiple drives within the RAID require replacement.
Solution(s):
The overview below are the steps necessary to setup the RAID on a Gen2 or Gen3 TSS system.

- Press Ctrl-I to enter Intel RAID Configuration Utility.
- Press Enter to select Create RAID Volume.
- Press Enter to Keep Default Name Volume0
- Use arrow keys then Enter to select RAID Level RAID5(Parity)
- Press Enter to Select Disks, then use arrow keys and space bar to select all disks, then press Enter again to accept.
- Press Enter to keep default Strip Size of 128KB.
- Press Enter to keep default Capacity.
- Press Enter then Y to Create Volume.
- Press 4 then Y to Exit.
