Symptom:
Connecting a DigiCart5 to work with a Ross Overdrive system requires use of the AMP Ethernet protocol along with some setup.
Possible Reason(s):

- Make sure the DigiCart5 is running at least version 2.074. If the unit is not, please see the knowledge base article on updating the DigiCart5 or contact support for more information.
