Instant Replay, models DR-500/550/552/554/600

Symptom:

The Instant Replay boots but stops or halts when it get to the “360 Systems” screen.

Possible Reason(s):

This issue generally occurs when the hard drive can no be detected by the system.

Solution(s):
  1. Check or replace the power and data cables to the hard drive.
  2. If the hard drive has an adapter board, reseat or replace the adapter board.
  3. Attempt to format the drive.
  4. Replace the hard drive.
