The CXP-5 module provides serial (VDCP, Odetics) control as well as 12 independent GPI and GPO ports for controlling TSS video servers.
The CXP-5 Control Module is an 1 RU module that provides serial and GPIO remote control of the 360 Systems’ TSS series servers. This module attaches directly to the server via USB and provides 9 pin serial ports (RS-422) for each channel to allow for external control, and also provides 12 independent GPI’s and 12 GPO’s for external triggering and control. Four 9-pin RS-422 serial ports provide VDCP or Odetics / BVW control over each channel independently.
