Symptom:
Application requires knowing what the assigned IP address of the system is for access purposes.
Possible Reason(s):
NA
Solution(s):
The solution depends on the version of firmware installed and if the IP address is set statically, or through DHCP.
- If the IP address is set statically, it can be found by pressing the MENU button on the front panel and then navigating to NETWORKING. In the NETWORKING sub menu, use the arrow keys to navigate to IP ADDRESS and view the current IP address.
- If the IP address is set through DHCP, the address can be viewed by turning on the FTP service while the device is on the network. Most firmware versions will display the IP address. If not, with the unit connected to the network, navigating to the IP ADDRESS sub menu as described above will display the currently assigned address.
